Catherine founded Leopard Tree in 2017 to support educators and leaders throughout Australia. As teacher, leader, coach and consultant, Catherine has supported schools and systems at all levels in education, both nationally and internationally. Her reputation for building great teams and developing people has grown from her passion for leadership.
Catherine’s mission is to create environments where people love their work, are empowered to act and are given opportunities to grow. Her current work extends beyond education, partnering with companies who prioritise putting people first and leading from ethical foundations.

Michael Kearney
Leading learning and learning leading are Michael’s keen pursuits. Optimising the impact of leaders is an endeavour to which Michael brings story, humour, wisdom, detail and rigour through his creative work with individuals, small and large groups. Michael’s commitment to respectful adult learning and good process enable him to support communities with facilitation and event leadership.
A grounded and diverse journey of school and system leadership enhances Michael’s consultancy in areas of leadership, capability and performance, along with the pragmatic leadership of reviews, cultural audits, complaints and issues management. Coaching, mentoring and debriefing compliment the offerings.
Michael has particular skill in empowering communities to create and execute authentic and useful strategic and execution plans. Passion backed up by structure delivers. Anna Kinanne
A recognised leader in Australian education, Anna has played a pivotal role in shaping the Australian Curriculum, particularly in Digital Technologies and Digital Literacy Capability. She has received parliamentary recognition as an Advanced Queensland Community Champion highlighting her influence in strengthening teacher capability and professional practice.
Anna has led national projects and initiatives, designing resources and professional learning that empower educators and leaders to implement the Curriculum with confidence. She works closely with curriculum leaders, system executives, and policy makers, providing strategic guidance on AI literacy and digital capability. In her work with the Queensland College of Teachers, Anna played a key role in supporting educators to align professional practice with the Australian Professional Standards for Teachers.
Anna’s skillset is broad: she has designed and led projects developing professional performance processes for leaders and staff, developed strategic mentoring programs and established sustainable processes for the support of early career practitioners.
An articulate and engaging speaker, facilitator, and thought leader, Anna delivers impactful professional learning nationwide, equipping schools and systems with the leadership, skills, and confidence to thrive in a digital world.
